Phase 1 and Phase 2 Appeals

Phase 1 appeal

Not offered a Meeting/Workshop

Please use this form if you are appealing against the director’s decision not to invite you to a workshop/meeting within 14 days of the date of the decision being communicated. We are unable to provide written feedback for these applications.

Phase 2 appeal

If, after the first meeting/workshop, an applicant is not offered a place, or a place with special conditions, or a place on the Reserve list, the applicant may seek a second opportunity for a meeting/workshop through a Phase 2 appeal, (the link will be available on your Application Account) within 14 days of the date of the decision documentation. We regret that requests submitted after this date cannot be considered.   Upon receipt of your appeal, we will inform you of the next steps in the process.

An applicant who is not offered a place after their workshop/meeting may apply for a Phase 2 appeal meeting if appropriate grounds under the policy are demonstrated and explain why the appellant could not demonstrate their full potential on the day.  Please note that under the policy, nerves are not a ground for a Phase 2 appeal as they will always be taken into account. Additionally, Phase 2 appeals will not ordinarily be allowed on the basis that the applicant felt unwell on the day of the first meeting/workshop. An applicant who feels unwell at the first meeting/workshop should ask that the meeting/workshop be rescheduled.

Please read the Admissions & Appeals policy before completing the form.
